Here’s my kiddo in her Kidorable Mermaid Towel! She loves it!

NEW Ameda® Intimates Nursing Bra

I have been nursing or pregnant for the past 16 years. I have tried very few nursing wear products considering the length of time I have spent breastfeeding. The products have consisted of nursing bras, a camisole/tank top and nightie. I found most nursing tops I tried didn’t fit me right, were far to long for my short frame and left me feeling quite uncomfortable. As I have stated before, I dress for comfort. It has to feel good to make me look good.

My Review

When I put on this bra, my initial response was, “Ahhhh, it’s so comfortable!” The material is soft and it washes up nicely. It comes in five different sizes. I did find that it may run a little smaller than the size chart indicates.

It is very easy to use the clasp system, but I found the fabric elastic enough that I can even move the bra to the side in order to nurse.

The fabric is very lightweight but don’t think you won’t stop sweating simply because of the type of material it’s made of because you probably will. I know I did.

I’ve been looking for a new nursing bra since my old ones are no longer made and they are becoming a little raggy looking. That’s the thing, I have probably replaced my nursing bras every 3-4 years and by the time I need new ones my old ones are extinct. It’s really a pet peeve of mine to find a product I really like only to have it off the market never to be found again when I want it again. Very sad state of affairs for this mama.

I really like the Ameda Intimates Nursing bra and am adding it to my new favorites. It gets two thumbs up for me!

Silly Boys Underwear: Wordless Wednesday

Silly boys, silly boys underwear. One day last week or the week before my two little boys somehow got baby’s new training pants and look what they did? I think all my children wore underwear on their heads at some point or another. All I can say is goofy!

Body Bark and Comfort

I love comfy clothes. Unlike my oldest daughter, I usually go for comfort over fashion, that’s not to say that I do not like nice things, I do. I just happen to like them to be comfortable while looking good. My mother always said I had expensive taste, which I admit that I do, however, I am also very practical so usually practicality outweighs/out wins my taste. For that my husband and our bank account thank me.

It is the missing piece in your closet!

Body Bark Tank

I received a Body Bark Tank in the color navy, size XL to review and it is one of the most comfortbable tops I have worn. It is very soft and fits to my generous curves. “95% MicroModal®, 5% Spandex. The secret to Body Bark’s luxurious feel is its natural-fiber fabric derived from beech wood. (Hence the name “Body Bark”) Made by Lenzing Fibers AG, the MicroModal® fiber used in Body Bark products is sustainable.”

I don’t usually wear tank tops so I tried wearing this to bed and loved it! It will be easy to wear this luxurious top beneath other clothing, but I haven’t personally tried it yet. Nor have I washed my top yet since I have just worn it to bed a couple of times. So I cannot tell you how it washes up.

It fits me great and falls a little past my hips because of my short stature, but is actually the length I prefer.

Prices are on the higher side, but when you think of the money saved by wearing Body Bark under other clothing, eliminating putting those clothes in the laundry pile and your dry cleaning bill will be lower when you wear a Body Bark piece beneath a dry clean only article of clothing. Added bonus, eh?

Fresh Produce Dress Review

Just add sandals and your ready for the summer! I was very excited when I found out I was able to review Fresh Produce clothing! I’ve heard many good things about them.

My review is for this Catalina Pintuck Tank Dress. The color of dress in this picture is “Peri”. BUT, there numerous colors to choose from depending on size. Speaking of size – this dress ranges from an XS to XL. According to the Fresh Produce’s site….This dress is 92% rayon & 8% Lycra. The dress has wide straps to hide your unmentionables. The dress is free flowing and is able to accommodate a tank top underneath if desired.

My Review of the Catalina Pintuck Tank Dress:

I got my dress in Oyster, it’s kinda gray – blueish. The instant I put the dress on, it felt like a comfy t-shirt. The material is very soft and free flowing. It’s breathable, not the type of dress that’s not going to stick to you in the hot weather. The dress is perfect for anywhere. If you put on flop-flops your ready for the beach or run errands. If you put on sandals and some jewelry with a shawl, your ready for an evening out. I love it! I plan I buying more pieces from Fresh Produce. Here’s a picture of me in my dress. I didn’t have my photographer or hair & make up crew here today to help me with my picture. Ha…Ha…Ha….
